Analytics & Advertising Policy
1. Your Optional Choice
A Better Lou uses limited advertising measurement to understand whether an advertisement leads to a completed purchase.
If you select the separate optional checkbox and successfully complete your initial checkout, A Better Lou MSO, LLC (the "Platform") may send one generic completed-checkout event to the advertising platform associated with the ad click that brought you to A Better Lou. The Platform operates the Website and online checkout; ABL Physician Services PLLC (the "Practice") provides all clinical care and controls its own medical records. The event is generated solely within the Platform's separated Website, checkout, and attribution process before information enters a Practice-controlled system. It is not created from, linked back to, or disclosed on behalf of Practice-controlled records or clinical systems.
The checkbox is optional, separate from the required checkout acceptance, and unchecked by default. The checkbox states: "I Consent to the Analytics and Advertising Policy." Declining does not affect your ability to complete checkout, your price, eligibility, Plan, Services, or clinical care.
This Policy is not a HIPAA authorization and does not authorize the use or disclosure of Practice medical records, protected health information, or treatment information.

2. What May Be Sent
The event may include only:
- the advertising platform's own attribution identifiers;
- a generic completed-checkout indicator;
- the address (URL) of the Website page on which the event occurred, which does not identify you;
- the date and time of the event; and
- a random event identifier used only for measurement and duplicate prevention and not as a lookup key to a patient, order, Plan, payment, or Practice record.
The event may be used to measure and improve advertising performance. The advertising platform may associate its own attribution identifiers with ad, campaign, account, device, or other context it already holds under its own privacy terms. A Better Lou does not append the selected Plan, program, medication, amount, clinical information, or Practice records to the event.

- your name, email address, telephone number, mailing address, or IP address;
- complete payment-card or bank information;
- the Plan, program, product, or medication you selected;
- the actual amount you paid;
- clinical information or Practice medical records; or
- questionnaire answers, symptoms, diagnoses, prescriptions, laboratory information, treatment information, or patient status.
This choice applies only to the initial completed checkout. It does not cover renewals, recurring payments, refunds, cancellations, later purchases, appointments, prescriptions, laboratory activity, treatment, or other later account or clinical events.
This Policy does not authorize A Better Lou to use Practice medical records or clinical information to create health-based advertising audiences, remarketing, or retargeting.
4. If You Do Not Consent
If you leave the optional checkbox unchecked, no completed-checkout event is sent under this process.
The Website and checkout may still use first-party information for security, transaction administration, consent documentation, internal analytics, and other purposes described in the Website Privacy Policy. That internal use does not authorize an advertising-platform event.
5. Withdrawal
You may withdraw your choice before the event is sent by contacting privacy@abetterlou.com. Transmission may occur immediately after checkout, so a withdrawal prevents the event only if it is received and processed before transmission.
Withdrawal applies prospectively. It prevents a pending event after we receive and process the request, but it cannot recall an event already delivered.
This consent ends when the eligible initial-checkout event is sent or when no eligible event will be sent. It does not authorize any later advertising event.
6. Advertising Platform
The advertising platform receiving the limited event is an independent company. Its own privacy notice and terms govern its handling of information it receives.
