How does billing work?+

Your first payment is $199.99. It covers your lab work and provider visit and is not refundable. Your next charge comes only after a provider prescribes: then $199.99 a month on the same calendar day, with no minimum commitment, and you can cancel anytime. If a provider decides treatment isn’t right for you, we cancel your membership and you are not charged again.

What does $199.99 a month include?+

Once a provider prescribes, one inclusive monthly price covers your Tasso+ lab kits and bloodwork review, your provider visits and time, your testosterone, and shipping. One wellness session with Ed Pienkosz at week 5, after physician onboarding, is included at no extra cost.

Do I need to go to a lab?+

No. You collect your sample at home on your upper arm with the Tasso+ device and send it back with the prepaid label.

What comes in the ABL TRT Box?+

Four prefilled syringes of compounded testosterone cypionate per month, shipped to your door from a licensed U.S. pharmacy partner such as Medivera or another LegitScript-certified pharmacy. Compounded drugs are not FDA-approved.

Can I cancel anytime?+

Yes. Cancel anytime online or by calling (520) 428-5924. Cancel before your renewal date and you are not charged again. Your first payment is not refundable.

Is ABL Vitality available in my state?+

What are common symptoms of low testosterone?+

Persistent fatigue, reduced libido, loss of muscle mass, increased body fat, mood changes, and reduced strength or endurance. Symptoms can overlap with sleep, stress and metabolic issues, so medical evaluation matters.

What is considered a normal testosterone level?+

There is not one number that fits everyone. Your provider reads your results together with your symptoms and history, and prescribes only when the evaluation supports it.

Is TRT safe for men?+

It can be appropriate when there is documented deficiency, consistent symptoms, and careful provider monitoring. Poorly managed or unnecessary TRT increases risk. Your provider monitors your labs during treatment.
